This is a daily routine that most doctors suggest to their patients who have such problems and  they also follow it themselves.

In Ayurveda, it is believed that the time it takes to pass urine is almost the same as the time it takes to pass stool. But the fact is that in today’s time, when we pass stool, it takes 10 to 15 minutes and we have to apply a lot of force and still our stomach is not completely clean. If you face such problems, then note that, a lot of dirt has accumulated in your intestines, toxins have accumulated in your intestines, and these toxins are not only making your intestines weak, but are also causing many other diseases in your body.

So it is very important that if you have constipation or if your stomach is not completely clean at once, then you should follow this routine every month for at least 7 to 10 days continuously. So you have to start this routine in the morning. When you wake up in the morning, you first take a glass of normal water and squeeze half a lemon in it and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

Drinking lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning stimulates your digestive system, releases gastric juices and flushes out toxins from your body. After drinking this lemon water, you do not have to eat anything else for half an hour. If you want, you can do a light walk or yoga or any exercise during this half hour.

After half an hour, you have to use aloevera gel. If you do not have aloevera plant in your house, then I would recommend that you buy aloevera plant from a nearby nursery today and break a small leaf of that aloe vera plant, cut it in the middle and remove the transparent gel with the help of a spoon and drink a glass of water after half an hour. Aloevera gel increases the process of detoxification in your body.

After drinking this aloevera gel, you do not have to eat anything else for half an hour. If you want, you can take a bath and sit down for breakfast. In breakfast, you have to eat fresh fruits.

You have to use a bowl of porridge or a bowl of oats along with these fresh fruits. When you eat fresh fruits in the morning, you get good nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that provide energy to your body. Fruits also contain fiber, which helps in cleaning your hands.

During these 8-10 days, when you are following this routine, then I would recommend that you do not use tea or coffee in breakfast. There will be many of you who do not drink tea or coffee in the morning, then they will have a headache or other problems because you are used to it. But during these 10 days, try not to use tea or coffee at all.

After breakfast, it is time for lunch. When you eat lunch, you have to eat a bowl of fresh vegetables and fruits half an hour before that. After half an hour, you have to have your lunch.

For lunch, you have to take chapati, vegetables, lentils, and rice. Make sure that this chapati is not a plain wheat chapati. Try to make this chapati multi-grain.

Before evening, you have to eat a fresh fruit or vegetable. After that, after sunset, you have to have your dinner. You have to have a very light dinner.

If you eat 4 chapatis, then you have to eat only 2 chapatis. If you eat 3 chapatis, then you have to eat maximum 1 or 1.5 chapatis. If you have a very light dinner, then you will get a lot of time to detoxify your body.
