Ayurveda Suggests this Healthy Daily Routine for all Ages

How should our daily routine be? According to the Ayurveda we can understand it very well. For a healthy life, when should we wake up in the morning? What should we do throughout the day ? When should we eat? How should the routine be? In Ayurveda, it is called as Din Charya.

Ayurvedic Din Charya or Doinik Routine .

Din means our daily routine and Charja means how we should do our daily routine. So, we will discuss this teaching in Ayurveda. Before that, I welcome all of you to learn Ayurveda. Before this, we have discussed a lot about Ayurveda.

We will discuss here  Kavbad, Pitta, Tridosh, Panchamahabhava. How our body gets affected by these qualities. So, you are watching Utsav here. Many positive comments and messages have been sent to us. That we should keep this in mind. So, today we will discuss about the Dino Charja of Ayurveda.

So, we are taking  about Din Charja. How to live. How to do routine. So, what is the success of day-to-day conversation? What does it mean to have a day-to-day conversation? If we chant Shrinkhala/discipline  every day, then what benefits will we get? We will get peace of mind, we will get rid of our sins, we will have a good digestion, we will be able to walk in harmony with nature, we will be able to walk in harmony with nature, According to Ayurveda, it is said that from 6 in the morning to 10 in the evening, We have 24 hours in a day. 24 hours are divided into 4 parts.

So, from 6 in the morning to 10 in the evening, We have cough time. From 10 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon, We have Pitta time. At this time, the temperature of the sun is high. So, our body temperature is high. From 2 in the morning to 6 in the evening, We have bath time. We have discussed cough, bath, and pitta earlier.

Please watch that earlier. In the earlier discussions, we discussed cough, bath, and pitta. How is the nature of each of these things? If you don’t watch that, you may not be able to understand it well. Cough, bath, and pitta. Then, how is it repeated? See, from 6 in the morning to 10 in the evening, we had cough. Now, from 6 in the evening to 10 in the evening, we have cough again.

From 10 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon, we had pitta. Similarly, from 10 in the morning to 2 in the evening, we have pitta. And from 2 in the evening to 6 in the morning, we have bath. So, from 6 in the morning to 10 in the evening, we have cough. And from 6 in the evening to 6 in the evening, we have cough. And from 6 in the evening to 6 in the evening, we have cough.

And from 10 in the morning to 2 in the evening, we have pitta. And from 10 in the evening to 2 in the evening, we have pitta. And from 2 in the afternoon to 6 in the evening, we have bath.
