Why a person is very active? Another person is very slow ?

Why a person is very active? Another person is very slow ? Some are eating a lot and another person is not eating properly.

Why does this happen? Why does this happen naturally? We can see all these things through Ayurveda. So, there are five elements. Out of these five elements, three different types of metabolism are formed.

These are called dosha. Out of these five elements, these three types of metabolism are formed. Out of these three types of metabolism, these three types of metabolism are formed.

Out of these three types of metabolism, everything in our body is formed. Whether it is good or bad, everything is formed out of these three types of metabolism. All of us are made equal to these three types of metabolism.

Similarly, as per Ayurveda, Tridosh Tattva, Tridosh Tattva, We will discuss about all these in a serial. like Vata, Kapha, Pitta, Vata, Pitta, Kapha, these three. Doshola Shaktishali Niti, which examines the physical and mental activities of the body.

How these three Doshas, physical activities of the body, bodily, physical activities and mental, emotional, all these three Doshas are examined. Chalito Vata, Chalito Hoy. So, like Vata.

What is Vata? It is like the sky and the air. These two are like Vata.  Earth and water. These two are like Kapha.

Kapha. Now, Pitta. What is Pitta? Pitta is like water and fire. These two are like that. So, Vata is like the sky and the air. Air and sky.

That is why Vata. Earth and water are like Kapha. Fire and water are like Pitta. Kapha, Vata, Pitta. I hope you have understood. Remember this.

We will come to this repeatedly. Vata means sky and air. Kapha means earth and water.  Earth and water. And Pitta means fire and water. So, water is in Kapha as well as in Pitta.

Right? Water. These two are like that. Right? This is Tridosh Tattva.  So, Vata. Look inside Vata. Sky and air are together.

Vata. This is for movement or movement.  We are moving. We are walking. This is for Vata. This is for air. This is for fire. This is for water.

This is for water. When the Tama guna is strong, the Sattva and Raja guna become weak. The effect of Tama guna is also strong.

In the same way, when the Vata comes out of the body like Kapha and Pitta, the bad parts of the Vata, the diseases of the Vata, the Kapha and Pitta become weak. When the Pitta comes out, the Vata and Kapha become weak. When the Kapha is removed, the Vata and Pitta become weak and the Kapha comes out.

This is the basic story. When you go to a doctor, you will be tested by a woman. She will hold your hand and check which disease has come out of your body.

Has the Vata come out? Has the Kapha come out? Or has the Pitta come out? Which disease will come as a result of the imbalance? There is a description for everything. If the Vata comes out, it will be this disease. If the Kapha comes out, it will be that disease.

If the Pitta comes out, it will be that disease. If there is a balance between good and bad, then we will be in a state of illness and disease. This is the key to Ayurveda.

How can we keep these three bad habits in a balanced state? If any bad habit comes out, how can we bring it back to a balanced state? So, we have these three bad habits in our body. Especially above the heart, this is the place of the cough. This is the cough.

From the mouth of the body to the top of the heart, this is the place of the cough. From the heart to the navel, from the mouth to the navel, this is the place of the Pitta. This is the Pitta.

This is the Pitta. From the bottom of the body, from the navel to the bottom, this is the Vata. Vata, Pitta, Cough.  This is the three bad habits.
